1.2. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the purchase or the completion of the service.
1.3. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours from the time the refund is requested, and it will be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

2.1. Refunds will be considered if the service provided does not match the agreed-upon terms or if there are significant deficiencies in the deliverables.
2.2. Refunds are not applicable for any delays or issues caused by the client, including but not limited to lack of communication, delays in providing necessary information or materials, or changes in project scope.

4.2. Refunds are not applicable for partial work or milestone-based payments where the milestone has been completed and approved by the client.
